Summary :
As the PACE Marketing Coordinator, you will hold a pivotal role in our dynamic team, working across departments to coordinate and oversee all marketing and program development activities.
Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our outreach programs and community events, making a significant impact on the lives of the elderly in our service areas.
Your work will not only be fulfilling but also meaningful, as you will be instrumental in improving the quality of life for our community's seniors.
You will develop and maintain business contacts and relationships across the service areas with agencies and providers affiliated with the elderly.
Your responsibilities will include participating in team meetings, serving on committees as needed, maintaining adequate marketing supplies, ensuring compliance with CMS Marketing Regulations, and growing the PACE program by obtaining appropriate referrals.
Additionally, you will be responsible for going into the community and giving presentations, including churches, community centers, low-income housing complexes, and other places where referrals might be found.
The coordinator must accurately maintain records of referrals and referral sources and model appropriate behavior as exemplified in the Complete Health with PACE mission.
This position will occasionally assist the intake coordinator with gathering documentation for participants. It is essential to work as a team player in the role.

Other information :
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but NOT required. Marketing experience is preferred, but comparable experience in service delivery will be accepted.
Ability to work independently with strong professional, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of organizational skills to establish and manage priorities and maintain follow-up. Knowledge of not-for-profit, healthcare, and insurance concepts, practices and procedures is preferred but NOT required.
Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid programs. Ability to relate Medicare and Medicaid information to applicants to determine eligibility requirements for PACE.
Working knowledge of service area health and social service delivery systems aging networks is preferred but optional. Ability to lead and motivate individuals and groups toward accomplishing organizational goals.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
